An original print is pulled off the block, by hand, using a manual roller press (in this case a Charles Brand press), directly onto the paper. It is not a copy which has been reproduced by a computer many times. An original print has to be signed by the artist and has the number of the print and edition next to the signature. For example, a print that is 1/10 is 1 print of a limited edition of 10. The costs to produce original prints are higher, as each is handmade, but as are their value and scarcity.

Domestic USA

As a small team, we will endeavor to ship within 5 working days of an order, unless otherwise stated on our website. If you need expedited shipping please select that option at checkout.

International

Shipping costs to countries outside of the US are not inclusive of any customs or import duties that may be incurred. These shipments may be subject to taxes, customs, duties and fees levied by the destination country ("Import Fees"). Recipient is the Importer of Record in the destination country and is responsible for all Import Fees.

We have a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.  Buyer is responsible for any fees associated with returning the item.

Please note, all items are handmade, resulting in unique variations in each print. We only include prints in our editions using our best discretion to ensure each product meets our high standards.

In the event that you receive a damaged item, please let us know within 14 days of receiving your order and we will happily exchange it. Customers must contact victoriacarterstudio@gmail.com before submitting a return request.
